This place was recommended to us by the girl who holds Geoff Boycott's umbrella during rainy interviews, so we knew it was going to be OK. It looks like it is a converted pub, which is always a shame, but nevertheless, it was pleasant enough inside.
The food was good, as was the service. Sadly they didn't have Flying Horse beer, so we had the house Merlot, which was better then expected.
I had a Chicken Madras which was nice, but quite mild. There seems to have been a trend in England for curry strengths to be watered down to appeal to a larger market.
All in all, a good place, I would have no problem going back again.
