What a great restaurant this place is, friendly staff that provided good service all night, a lovely atmosphere from the small but but comfortable dining area. Everyone's food in our party of 9's was excellent with a range of starters from pâté, prawns etc to garlic pizza bread. All the mains were excellent which was from a choice of pastas and pizza. Nothing was to much trouble, for example I asked for no spinach in my calzone but added hot pepperoni and the hot pizza was asked for it to be medium hot! Which it was. The only very small slight critisim which was not over important and didn't spoil the night was, no fries on the menu! The kids would have liked these and generally I would have pinched a few to nibble but as the lady explained its because they don't have a fryer, not because they're posh! Which isn't a bad thing. All followed by dessert for the kids and coffee for the adults. Very reasonable @ around £150 for 3 courses with a couple of rounds of drinks each. A definately place to try.
