We visited on a Monday lunchtime and the restaurant was empty so lacked any sort of atmosphere. A waiter greeted us, showed us to our seats and then rushed the explanation and what we had to do to order - they then disappeared not to be seen again. You had to order and pay at the counter, so it's semi-waiter service and like Nando's feels like an upmarket fast food restaurant. We both ordered a Taxi burger and onions rings which tasted great but if we didn't have a taste card I would question the value for money. Some nice touches include free monkey nuts and free refills on certain soft drinks. But unless they have an offer on I don't think I would rush back to pay full price.
