The Karachi will certainly disappoint if an high end decor restaurant is your goal. But lets not forget what the Karachi does deliver on. It's non pretentious simple interior with formica tables and no cutlery make for interesting dining Pakistani style. It wont take too long to master the scooping technique with your Chapati so don't spoil it by asking for eating irons?
How about this for a quote then.......... "So blisteringly good that basic good manners demanded it be shovelled in with bare hands" We had starters and mains which came to a staggering £14 ha ha. And for food that delivers on quality and taste, then that has to be fantastic value for money.
I would imagine this was once two Victorian houses that have been knocked into one. Inside has some nice little reminders of the past if you look for them. The staircase for one, and the ornate plaster work in places.
It's one for the re-visit list for sure.
