Great location just off the M6. This is one of the better holiday inns and really good value though breakfast at £15 is a bit steep when you can nip next door to Asda for a fiver!!!!!

Gym Staff were brilliant and really helpful and friendly as were the Restaurant staff. I thought the Bar staff could learn a thing or two with the exception of the late night staff who found it easy to raise a smile ( unlike the tea time/early evening staff). Ordered bar food on first night which was fine

My room also smelled of smoke but hotel was full.

We stayed at this Holliday Inn as part of our National Coach Holiday. 28\29th September.
On arrival we were given our keys quickly, and soon in our rooms, the rooms were very clean, nice big flat screen tv. The room was clean and plenty of tea coffee etc, dinner was portioned as we were on a coach trip. we enjoyed it very much but no coffee to follow bit disappointed. the bar staff were very helpful, although I thought the drink a bit expensive. Good nights sleep, nice and quite.
The breakfast was excellent. and the restaurant staff very helpful nothing was too much. if you are short of anything there was an ALDI some 100 meters across from Hotel. would I stay again the answer is yes. Thank you to all the staff for an enjoyable overnights stay.

Room Tip: All Rooms seemed Quit and clean.

Stayed with a lion king national holiday party - I was with 2 adults with learning difficulties and all I can say that the staff upon arrival to going home were lovely. Only stayed one night and the room was amazing and we all wanted to stay longer. Meals especially breakfast brilliant couldn't want for more - thank you all for making our stay special - the only thing is they want to go back ASAP

Stayed here 3 nights for a wedding in September. Hotel was pretty empty most nights. Staff were very nice and helpful and rooms were good. Size was bigger than average. On the downside we had continual problems with the room swipe keys, which meant walking back to reception every second time to get a new key. No lift was working, luckily only a ground a one floor, though it would have be helpful with luggage.

Room Tip: Close to Coventry airport.

Thought we had got ourselves a bargain, and looked forward to the stay! Thank goodness we hadn't paid full rate, I would have been even more disappointed. What a strange place! All new and up to date look at the front, then tired rambling old fashioned bed room "blocks" at the rear. As we arrived for our 2 night stay my heart sank, we could hear the booming music from some function as we drove off the roundabout some distance away. It was very noisy in the reception and bar area with one music source trying to compete with another. Fortunately we weren't able to hear the noise in our rooms, but it was a very noisy night with other guests "banging doors" as they carried on their loud conversations on route to their rock hard mattresses, until 4.30am.
Room was a bit smelly, and the bedding was too. Not pleasent to see the shabby old duvets sticking out and the scorch marks on the duvet cover. The bed was seriously uncomfortable and the pillows were pathetic. Premier Inn have got it right when it comes to the comfy bed thing. The shower was either weak or full blast and soaking everything as the shower curtain was poorly fitting. Not enough coffee/milk/sugar but did get more when I asked, have to say staff were lovely, just a shame they have to work in a tired old, over priced "Motel". And just one question, how can their prices be justified when they get away with those dreadful "toy" hair dryers you have to keep your finger on til it's numb?

Not really sure what it is about this hotel, very dated, food pre cooked else where, apparently, and actually my colleagues fish was very over cooked. On the plus side bed was comfortable and the staff very pleasant. Sorry folks

We have stopped at this hotel many times over the last 10 years, overall it's a super hotel with a very nice leisure pool etc. all located in well kept grounds. Located close to the M6 J2 but far enough away not to be a noise annoyance.
We stopped under the BB and evening meal package, excellent value. Both our Dinner and Breakfast in the Traders Restaurant were superb - we remarked that our dinner was probably one of the best we have had at this hotel , the Service was slick with just the right amount of time between courses.
One thing that never changes is the willingness of the Staff to go the extra mile to ensure that the residents stay at the hotel is remembered for the right reasons.
Thank you.
