Great hotel stayed in March 2014 for a family trip we had been allocated one of the upgraded rooms that has a new tv with excelent usb and other external connections, brand new bathroom and all other barand new fixtuers and fittings. The only problem was the new light fixings in the celings, where the celings have been lowered to accomodate the new lights every time the people above walked accross the floor our celing creaked like a old house, at 11pm at night this is very annoying when trying to get to sleep and the people up stairs seem to be walking from one side of the room to the other for ages (luckily i didnt have to explain anything else to kids). As it was a friday and saturday night when we stayed you got the faint noise and beating bass from a local club just around the corner and we were were the nearest room to it.
