We stayed here in January after visiting the NEC. The hotel is only about 15 minutes from the NEC and is seconds from the M6 (not close enough that you can hear it). From the outside the hotel doesn't look great but ignore that and you'll find clean, comfortable, good sized bedrooms. There is a large modern health club with swimming pool and all the usual extra's. There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) and the largest rooms have a double bed and 2 fold out beds. One of the beds fell to pieces when sat on and we found that the legs were just balancing on the bottom of the bed, we got around this by just closing the legs and hoping that we wouldn't get charged (it had obviously been broken for some time as none of the bits were there to put it back together). Room was modern with all of the usual features.
Booked this hotel using Priority club so I can't compare prices or say if it was good value. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn rip-off and there is an ADSA about 5 minutes away if your paying for yourself (£15 each in the Holiday Inn, less than £10 for everyone in ADSA - not so glamorous but the kids only wanted toast!)
