very satrisfied with the room for the price paid. I will book again if I am going there.

stayed here for 3 nights with wife on dinner bed and breakfast rate.executive room was ok, noquibbles there.my main grouses are 14 pound daily parking fee in ncp carpark and food costs.the dbb rate only covered an 18 pound allowance each yet ther was no way with the prices on the menu that you could have 3 courses for that and often didnt cover two courses the lamb stew was very tough and the choice in the menu was very limited. we only ate there one night and had room service the other two choice was bette rbut ha dto pay the 3.50 tray charge breakfast in morning was disappointing the restaurant is too small for the number of breakfast guests and the staff are keen for you to leave asap. clearing and wiping the table before youve finished also throughout our stay they used the same music loop which was constantly repeated the food wasnt brilliant either i have stayed in much better his than this one they need to review their food pricing policy it also took me over 20 minutes to contact room service on the saturday night

We had a city break in Birmingham in November and stayed at the Holiday Inn, it was absolutely brilliant! The location is excellent and close to the train station and the canals. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big enough for two and very clean. Breakfast was quite standard but everything looked freshly prepared. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definately be back again myself.

From check in this is a large but friendly hotel. Recently redecorated. Just glad I am here.
