Just back from a great stay at this lovely guest house. Reasonably priced, the rooms are nicely decorated, homey and clean. The fantastic owner (Paul) made us very welcome and does a mean breakfast, all freshly cooked. Top ups of coffee and juice no trouble at all. Handy location for Warwick Castle. Paul great with tips of where to stay and eat out. Would definitely recommend if it is a better than average guest house you are looking for.

We stayed here for one night. The guest house is perfect for visits to Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa and not far from Stratford upon Avon. By no means the Ritz, it is cheap and cheerful, clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too.

My Partner & I only stayed here for one night but found it to be a lovely stay, the room we had was spacious with a little seated area which was comfortable and quite romantic. The show was big also. We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly housekeeper who was extremely helpful with everything from directions to a slightly later checkout at no extra cost. Breakfast was the usual to be expected but more than adequate and Orange juice was topped up also extra toast offered. A few complimentary shampoo's and shower gels would of maybe completed stay but to be honest we booked last minute so may have been an oversight. overall v good would recommend.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 24, 2012 via mobile

Stayed fri 21st to mon 24th dec'12, whilst visiting people in Warwick. Had double room just inside front door. Large room with ensuite cleverly built in. Had everything we needed, tea/coffee etc, modern tv with free to air channels, extra blanket, which we ended up using as the quilt was way too heavy, the room was always warm, as the central heating was on. Also extra portable radiator supplied, but wasn't needed in end, it was quiet mild last couple days.
Check out was 10am, but owner Paul very kindly arranged for the cleaner to come later & let us stay, no extra charge, till 1pm-this was great as our flight was not till 5pm.
Breakfast was usual full English, cereals, fruit, juices... I had scrambled egg, sausage & beans - eggs were delicious, had to be free range, I guess? & cooked perfectly, still juicy & moist, not hard & overcooked! Anything extra needed, would certainly not be a problem. Overall great place, comfy (although too hot with that quilt) friendly staff.

We found the Westham via Laterooms at 4.30pm and confirmed the room, arriving an hour or so later. The double room with ensuite was lovely, and despite being right on the front of the property, we couldn't hear the main road outside at all, all through the night.
The bed was really comfy, the room was spacious, the TV worked, and we felt secure.
A warm welcome, great advice about where to eat that night, delicious breakfast and service, and they allowed us to leave the car while we walked into Warwick despite having checked out.
I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would recommend it to anyone.
It's a comfy 15min walk into Warwick (Castle, St John's Museum etc.).

Much better value than a chain establishment and I felt like a valued customer. Thumbs up!
