When we arrived, we walked into the restaurant to be met with absolutely no-one greeting us. We actually had to search for a member of staff if they could find a table for us. The organisation did seem slightly shambolic, although the service was friendly and helpful once they did find us a table.
The food itself was ok; one of the party had a gluten free pizza, which was a bit too tough and chewy and didn't have a great deal of tomato on. The salads were reasonable if slightly small.
Overall, I'd say it's fine if you are on a trip to Warwick and need somewhere to eat reasonably quickly (which we were), but don't go out of your way to eat there for a special occasion.
