I stopped here for a drink (22 minutes) according to the car park fine. I was fined £120 for parking in their car park. I thought this was obviously a mistake as I was a paying customer using the hotel. However I called and found out it was tough luck! So I called the General Manager and twice left a voicemail for him to call me back. He ignored me both times and now I'm out of pocket. I have to say I find it amazing in this day that general managers would just ignore their paying customers like this. Beware!
