A new hotel and everything was clean and fresh just as you would expect from a new Premier Inn. The bed was comfortable the view not overly picturesque

Supplies of Coffee, Tea MIlk and sugar were way too little and I had to buy extra supplies from the local Tesco. The restaurant bar was soul less and uninspiring - with one exception, the prices which were far too high.

Parking was in short supply and charged at £1 per day for guests (£2 for non guests) and I have never before stayed at a hotel where the receptionist was a machine (like a cashpoint). Not sure what happens with queries but it handled my check in and issued me with a card key that worked just fine

Stayed here for one night and had a very comfortable night. We had a lovely room which was extremely clean and welcoming. The hotel staff were pleasant and as it was Easter Sunday, gave my son an Easter egg. It is situated fairly close to the centre approx 5 - 10 mins walk. For Hotel guests, the car park is only £1.00 which is very reasonable, however, it does fill up very quickly as it's a public car park.

I liked everything about this hotel... affordable, clean, nice location and there was a restaurant downstairs. Lots of pillows to choose from and the room was air conditioned with a view to the canal. The 30 minute free internet was a nice and useful surprise and for extra £3 you got 24 hours. We walked down to the town centre, did some shopping and came back to see the canal boats passing through and later we walked by the canal towards the sunset. Very very nice and I would visit again any day. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Ask for a view to the canal.

Stayed at this hotel for one night over the jubilee weekend. It was the perfect stay. We arrived early and they had a room available for us to check into straight away. The room we had overlooked the road but the double glazing was that good we heard no noise at all. We did not eat there as we had already book out to eat in the town. In the afternoon we decided to have a drink outside beside the canal. This was great as the sun (yes I did say sun, the only time it showed an appearence that weekend) came out and we were able to watch the barges come and go through the locks. I would recommend this a a place to stay if you are visiting Stratford upon Avon as it is only a few minutes walk to the many shops and eateries. The hotel also has parking for quite a few cars at only a pound a day for guests.

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking the canal

As mentioned in the other reviews this a new hotel, and you can definitley tell! Situated really close to the centre a 10 minute walk if that, and also right near the canal which was lovely. Check in was very quick and easy and we were on the bottom ground in room one. The Room itself was spacious, bright, tastefully decorated. The bathroom was especially good much better than the older premier inn's the bath was much bigger and they didnt look grotty at all! We went to the bar for a drink which again was very nice, chilled and quiet. We didnt eat in the resturant but it must have been adequate as many guests were eating there. The parking is a pound for 24 hours which i do think is very reasonable! All in all a great hotel for the price, would definitley stay again when visiting stratford!

Tip: Go down to the lakes and use the motor boats its £20 for half an hour but SO much fun!!

Room Tip: If you can avoid a ground floor close to the main door do, as although it didnt disrupt me the closi...

Rooms are lovely typically premier inn standard. The hotel is a fairly new place and does what it says on the tin...you know what to expect from a prem inn. Two problems are the lack of parking . Non guests are able to use the car park and if the hotel is full it will be very tight. The other thing is the restaurant is no where near big enough for around 130 rooms. Breakfast was a nightmare with waiting and you will definately need to book for evening meals. But importantly the room and bed was lovely .
