Friendly staff.

Room was slightly 'shabby' and could have been improved with updating decor and en-suite.

Room freshener was overpowering - and I unplugged it.

Bed linen and towels were very clean.

I would not have rated this as a 4 diamond guest house.

I stayed at the Arden Park Hotel for one night having never been to Stratford-Upon-Avon before. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, taking the time to talk me through the things to do and see in the town. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable and of a good size and the continental breakfast was more than enough to set one up for the day. The free wireless internet was also a definite plus, though it does not work in all rooms.

I have had several wonderful stays at the Arden Park 'Non Smoking' Hotel in Stratford Upon Avon.

Rooms:
I managed to book one of the Garden Rooms which is a bit larger than the standard rooms. Nice comfortable beds as well as a clean bathroom. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean.

Breakfast:
Continental breakfast was very convenient and was the perfect start to the day- not too heavy! The table layout was immaculate- even the napkins were nicely folded!

Service and reception:
The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the service professional. Very good at recommending local restaurants and English pubs.

Location:
The B&B is a short 5 minutes walk to the town centre and Shakespeare's house.

I will stay here again on my next visit! It's well worth the price and has everything you need for a lovely weekend in Shakespeare Country!

welcoming friendly atomsphere, nice clean room, helpful advice regarding sights, entertainment and eating places, good continental breakfast and plenty of it. enjoyed our weekend highly recommended would stay again without question.
