Great location rooms and lounge well presented but bad sleeping experience. Staff polite but several things wrong with room that were never fixed. Stayed in room 2, dark room with no view. Door swipe stopped working repeatedly, bedside lamp didn't work, bed was very hard and at 6.30 am loud rumbling water pump turned on which woke me up on both days of the weekend I stayed. Frustrating. Expect a 2-3 star experience not 4.
