Efficient friendly staff. This hotel is in a great location about 10 minute walk to nearest shopping centre, if it even took that long. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends. Good value for money.

Walking distance from train station, handy for city centre shopping and on the door step of Newcastle Arena. Clean hotel, comfy room, friendly staff and a decent breakfast, what more can you ask for?
Perfect if you need to stay over night after a gig at the Arena.
Certainly will stab at again.

I've used this hotel a number of times for business and am a repeat customer because it ticks all the boxes. It's conveniently located, reasonably priced, the food is good and I always get a good nights sleep. The staff are always friendly and willing to help.

If I were to criticise it would be that some of the rooms are looking tired, in particular some of the bathrooms and a personal gripe is that I have stayed here twice in the last month and on both occasions upon check in I have requested an iron and ironing board and despite being told there would be one in my room ( on the first occasion) there were none available.
Apart from that it fulfills all my needs and will continue to stay here when on business in Newcastle.

Poor hotel, my room was so basic, poor areas were no remote for TV, very dusty table base , my room was overlooked by lots of surrounding offices so had to close curtain which meant room was cold as heater was under the window hidden under the curtains.

This is a convenient hotel in Newcastle city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. breakfast was disappointing in that the eggs were overdone and cold. Otherwise the food was fine as was the coffee. There was a good selection for dinner; the service was good and prompt; the food was warm. Overall, a good place to stay with good staff giving a good service.

I stayed here for the weekend with family members for a get together. The overall experiece was great! The only recommendations i would give, would be for more bar staff, to have faster service. But it is not that much of an issue.
I would definatly recommend this for anyone. Very central and staff and friendly.

In most areas Jury inn is very good, but when you see one of the waitresses at breakfast using her hands to dip in to the food and pick out some to eat at least twice it puts you off a bit. The rooms and general areas are very clean.
