“Very Modern”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

A lot of money spent on the Quay side. Bars restaurants expensive, things to se and do. Alway's worth the visit.

“Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

Loved the Quayside and all the bars and the market stalls. Plus the blinking eye bridge was an amazing sight when it went up.

“Calm Haven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

Lovely place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Especially on sunny days where it's calm and relaxing down by the Tyne.

“Not as good as it was”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

Quayside seems to have lost its appeal in favour if the Diamond Strip for pubs and places to eat. However it is still fab to walk along and has great veiws.

“Super for your money sprint”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

I love the quayside and always try to get a run in when I'm in NE. Its flat and well maintained so super for a spurt of sprinting. Lovely views of the Baltic and Sage to distract you when you are feeling the pain. Everyone is so friendly - complete strangers always say hello.
