The restaurant is well decorated, and the staff are professional and polite, but the food is distinctly average. No real flavour in any of the dishes that we tried. The food was edible but certainly not enjoyable, and therefore one has to say - a bit of a waste of money.
I wasn;t impressed with the 15 minute wait in between having our plates taken away and the order being taken for dessert - and it wasn;t busy either.
I also wasn't impressed with the lack of attention to detail. My steak knife had rivets missing from the handle, and whilst the fork head had been wiped with a cloth to remove water marks, the shaft had not, and there was an off-putting greasy mark on the handle.
