We stayed at this cottage when visiting friends who had recently moved into the village. We were met on arrival at a time to suit us by the owner's father who lived in the house next door. He showed us around the cottage, explained where things were etc. and pointed out the much appreciated "Welcome pack" of groceries. The cottage was well appointed, bedding clean and crisp with plenty of hot water. The heating was set on a timer and was warm and cosy for our entire stay. The village has a Post Office/Store and we had a good meal at the local Three Horseshoes pub a short drive further into village. An ideal spot for touring the Suffolk coastline, Bury St Edmunds and beautiful Suffolk villages. Well worth recommending and we will be returning.
