“Bright and Tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 5, 2012

We stopped in here for a bite before going to the cinema. The dining room was bright and modern, with a more contemporary feel than many places. The music (which I didn't find too loud) was also more trendy, without being off putting for older customers.

The serving staff were friendly and helpful. When we asked about serving times we were told 15 minutes from time of order. We let the server know we had 45 minutes until our film, and she said she would see if the kitchen would speed things up for us. True to her word, the food was delivered to the table in just under 15 minutes.

My partner had enchiladas and I the veggy burrito, both were prepared well and tasty. The selection of sauces on the table was impressive with three different chili/pepper sauces, in addition to the usual mustard, mayo, and ketchup.

The menu is not cheap, but is fairly good value for money especially taking the quality of the food into consideraton. Overall a positive experience.

“Never again”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2012 via mobile

Music was WAY too loud, service was poor, food coming out was slow. We went for my mums birthday and very nearly left. Keeping 3 young kids (under 3) entertained for an hour was ridiculous! Food was quite tasty but I'd never bother going back. It was also over priced. Better places to eat close by.

“its a chain...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012

What more can one say. it was fine for a stop off on the way to the cinema. Our food was fine and had decent service, I just can't get overly excited about another chain restaurant. I left full and happy : )

“Can't review properly as the staff couldn't be bothered to serve us.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012 via mobile

Really bad experience as my partner and I visited this restaurant a year ago, and had nothing but good things to say about it, Staff where attentive and the food was great. This time however after being seated and not having had an offer of drinks, we waited 15 minutes of watching the waiting staff seat several others, handing out menus and simply walking past before we got annoyed enough and walked out, as we where leaving some war sarcastic member of staff behind the bar shouted "thank you" at us.

Pretty lame customer service experience, can't imagine this is normal but the staff there at the time really didn't seem like they cared at all.

“Avoid if you like value for money & hot food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

The food was nice enough, nothing special & it may have been better had it been hot rather than warm! The fact the air con was on full blast in October probably didn't help the meagre amount of warm chips from going cold quickly.

Whilst the 10% service charge is optional the £1.50 for some cheese on-top of the 4 small pieces of garlic bread sadly wasn't! Also only 1 larger is on draft.

Wouldn't recommend or visit again, even though it was busy when we ate there.
