“A well organised place.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013

This railway station is clean and easy to navigate. There is lots of seating to wait for the train and the staff are very helpful.

“Basic & efficient”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2013

Little station, with coffee shop selling magazines and snacks which is all that I really need. Been here multiple times as it has good links to Manchester, Birmingham and Derby.

“Ok station.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

Located next to main bus stops and taxi stops. Opposite station and in front. Easy getting to Alton Towers, the Alton Towers bus stops about a 3 1/2 minute walk away and cheaper than driving!. Cafe within station. Could be a lot better with more shops. Based in a rough part of Stoke-on-Trent with a few weird people about. Staffs Uni is a few mins walk from the railway station and subway.

“great architecture”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2013

Beautiful building and MUCH better facilities now than there were just a few years ago. You wouldn't want to be stuck here too long but for half an hour or an hour absolutely fine ! The service to Manchester is particularly good, at certain times of the day there will be one every ten minutes.
