I went to the Bath Browns for a special occasion on Saturday (02nd Nov) with friends. I'd pre-booked a table, which was a good thing to have done as there was 2 massive tables of all girl groups. We were squashed in a corner between the two larger groups of all girl tables and to say they got all the attention was an understatement. I guess those who shout loudest get served first! We had to wait ages for our order to be taken and to be honest, it wasn't worth the wait; very small portions and very average to be honest. I had sticky toffee pudding for my dessert and I've never been so disappointed in a pudding, in fact I didn't finish it, it was as dry as a bone. I wasn't asked why I'd left it or offered any money off the bill, but then the waiter wasn't giving us his full attention as mentioned before. I won't be going back to the Bath Browns for a while to be honest, the Bristol one has much better service and a better atmosphere.

I would like to apologise for you feeling squashed into a corner on your visit. We do try our best to use the space we have and sometimes it can be quite difficult when we have larger parties booked in as it isn't a very open plan restaurant. I am sorry that you feel the servers were tied up looking after the larger parties because as you said they shouted loudest.
Please if you would like to talk about your experience further contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to answer any questions you have.
