Stayed in Rm 203 on Feb 14 and 15. Clean and very spacious 1 bedroom apt. Windows were not double glazed so heard a lot of street noise at night. We had dinner with friends the night of the 15th and had to shower beforehand, but there was no hot water even after we used the boost of hot water pump. Odd since we had endless hot water that morning. On Feb 16th, we received a call after midday from management saying that we were supposed to have checked out. After 15 years of traveling, booking hotels and b&b's, I have never made an oversight or been at fault for booking rooms. They said to have emailed a confirmation, but was never received and it's not in my spam box so it's somewhere in cyber space. They were completely booked for the entire wknd, but had1 studio left and was kind enough to give it to us minus £40 off the price for the inconvenience. Room 38 was a big studio, clean, and comfy bed. It needs a mirror near an electrical outlet as it was challenging to blow dry my hair. We were exhausted from the wknd that we slept through the street noise on a Saturday night. Would I stay here again? Not in Bath for the money we paid as we thought it was for 3 nights. But we'd try and stay at another SACO apt elsewhere. Pros: Management was great, clean and comfy rooms, provide Loccitane bath products, and in a great location. Con: single glazed windows, the switching of rooms thinking we were paying for 3 nights but it was for 2. Would we go back to Bath? Absolutely!

Thank you for taking the time to provide valuable feedback on your recent stay at SACO Bath. We are delighted to hear that despite some confusion over the dates we had you booked in for our assistant manager Jon was so helpful in resolving the issue. We are also happy to hear you found the rooms clean and comfortable and you enjoyed our complimentary L’Occitane products. I am sorry to hear your hot water supply was interrupted, once the daily hot water supply from the boiler has been used the boost function should heat up enough hot water for a further two showers at least. The majority of the apartments on the front of the building do have secondary glazing on the windows to block out street noise, the apartment you stayed in is due to have it installed within the next couple of months.
Should you return to Bath please do contact me personally and I will ensure you are well looked after should you decide to stay at SACO Bath once again. Likewise should you require accommodation in serviced apartments in any other locations please do let me know, we can’t wait to show you what else we can offer!
