I stayed this guest house in the end of August with my 13 year old daughter. It was very hard to find a good place to stay for only one night in weekends in summer. Many other B&B said they couldn't have us as we needed an accommodation just on Friday.

Although we have to walk for about 10-15 minutes to get to town centre from Dene Villa, we were so happy to stay in this peaceful and colm area especially in the night. We got a very good sleep.

The owner and his wife were reallykind and friendly. We enjoyed staying with them, and would love to stay more if it was possible.

We have recommended this guest house to my friends, and I am so glad that one of them has alredy booked and visit them soon!

When I visit Bath next time, I off cource will stay at Dene Villa again for some days.

Dene Villa guest house was a great place to stay while we had our weekend in Bath.

The hosts (Brian and Josie) were really friendly and they helped us plan our day-trips. The rooms were nicely decorated and they were extremly clean and tidy.

I would recommend this guest-house to everyone who comes to Bath.

Dene Villa, a 100 year old home, was well-ru and cosy with nice decor (pine furniture, pink and white floral wallpaper border), warm doonahs, television, reading material and although small, was very comfy.

Breakfast was typical English fare of cereal, juice, bacon, egg, tomato, sausage and coffee/tea. The home was about 20-25 mins walk from the twon centre but there was a bus stop nearby. We found a great inn, Royal Crescent, within walking distance on the river path with average prices and great food that had been recommended by our friendly host.

We paid 45 pounds per night which we thought was very reasonable for a B&B in that location.
