The success of our mini-break was very much down to the hospitality of Jane and Peter. We ate delicious and hearty breakfasts, and were able to sit and relax in the seating area looking out onto a pretty courtyard. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the bed made with crisp white sheets, and the bright bathroom gleamed. It's also the little things they did that made all the difference, such as putting ginger and lemon tea in our room for my husband, and their local knowledge helped us get around. The Radnor is only a 5/10 minute walk from the town centre/train station and if we had driven we would have been given a parking permit. The room we were in was at the front of the house, but with the double glazing the noise from the road was minimal.
