This hotel was perfect for a few days in bath. 15 minutes walk in to the city centre and very reasonably priced compared with others. It even came with free parking which was a bonus. Pleasant staff, nice clean room and a free continental breakfast thrown in. Would definitely stay again, it was great.

This is an excellent hotel within a 10 minute walk of downtown Bath. The rooms are comfortable and modern and the price is exceedingly reasonable for the location. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

This hotel totally messed up the group booking for our wedding. I guess they might be capable of organising a booking for one or two rooms, and i cant complain about the room itself other than it being noisy, but when it comes to a group booking they are completely incapable. I also know of two other people whose group bookings they have messed up. Avoid if you are trying to find some group accommodation in Bath. There are plenty of other hotels!

Just had a short break in Bath with the family, 2 adults and 2 kids, 2 nights at this hotel. The family room is small but more than adequate for our requirements. Parked the car on arrival and didn't use it at all during our stay, as the hotel is situate a short walk from the centre of town. Our booking included breakfast which was self-service buffet of a very high standard. Room was spotlessly clean. Very good rates too and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
