We got about 5 or 6 of the tapas style dishes and where given a big bowl of very fresh warm baguette pieces - great for dipping in all the sauces!
It didn't look like much food to fill us both, but eating is slowly with a jug of sangria was an amazing afternoon! So much flavour and although most restaurant food gives me a sore stomach, this was easy to digest and I didn't feel sluggish.
We got the piri piri, some marinaded potatoes, stuffed peppers, chorizo and meat skewers.
There were lots of spanish/portugese people eating there as well.
The chef and owner - a woman who intoduced herself as 'mama' came up to ask if we liked the food. Her son was great and talked us into the sangria - we didn't realise how expensive it was until after (£17+) - but even so, the entire experience was less than £40 for two
It is in a prime location, though the sign is subtle so you can miss it
Chic modern decor, but the tables are very close together. Would be a great place for a celebration meal
