This was my first time staying in a B&B hotel. It's much better than I imagined. We stayed in a family room with my little son. Room is nice and clean, bed is very comfortable. Owner is a very helpful person, told me everything about bath. I would stay here again next time.

Staff gave us a friendly welcome on arrival. On site parking is provided and our room was very clean and had a great shower. The bed was hard! Free internet access is available and we appreciated the convenience of being able to use this facility. A good quality English breakfast was served in the dining room. We took about 30 minutes (walking along the river path) to walk to the centre of Bath. For dinner we walked to the nearby Dolphin Inn which serves good pub food(about a 10 minute walk). This B&B is good value for the location and facilities provided.

We have stayed twice at Aquae Sulis, and have been pleasantly surprised each time. We stayed in the "Dr Oliver" annexe each time, and this was extremely comfortably furnished, with a modern and clean en-suite shower room. The breakfast was superb, and the bar in the evening was pleasant ans friendly. The gardens are nice, and wireless broadband internet access (at no extra cost) was av available.

I've just returned from a long weekend at this Hotel and I'm bowled over. The Manageress really knows how to look after her guests and she bent over backwards to make our stay perfect - even suggesting we ordered take away after a long day out for which she set the tables and provided everything else (no mean feat for 8 of us). Rooms were fabulous and clean and beds comfy, breakfast gorgeous and the little touches like the use of the computer just made the difference. A short bus ride or drive in to town and some gret eating places nearby. Will definitely be back again. Thanks.
