“Fantastic Burlesque Caberet”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 30, 2012

April 2012. Hen-do. Booked the cheep seat tickets for the Friday night Burlesque Caberet. We were a party of 7 and arrived just 20 minutes before the show started. We were all seated together, and were pleased there was table service before the show and during the interval for drinks.
The tables were long canteen style, and it was tightly packed, which could prove tricky for getting in and out of your seats for the bar / toilet etc, however we paid just £16.50 each for our tickets which was a bargain for the fabulous entertainment.
The show was deliciously saucy with some talented artists entertaining us with singing, dancing, comedy songs, and of course some classic audience participation.
Following the show some tables were removed for an old school disco.

Important for me ... the toilets were clean and fully equipt.

“Comedy good - go somewhere else to eat”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2012

Went to the Komedia in Bath for a much anticipated hen do, for meal and comedy, priced at £28.50. We were literally crammed into our seats, to the point where we could not leave to use the toilet unless we climbed on the table. Bearing in mind the various ages in the group and the fact that several hens were pregnant, this was totally unacceptable. The party of gentlemen on the table next to us had to also climb on our table to get out - which was not ideal! I ordered the burger which was tasteless and cold, with undercooked potato wedges, my neighbour had a risotto which she was very disappointed with. I also waited at the bar for 20 minutes before I was served. I would suggest seeing the comedy but absolutely eat elsewhere because you will be extremely disappointed otherwise x

“Stags, hens and racist comedian”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2012

Fairly mixed evening at comedy night on a Sarurday
Bought the meal deal and had the £10 burger. This was really disappointing. Tiny burger in a supermarket soft white bun with a splash of tomato chutney and salad. £4 a pint. Slightly oppressive presence of all the hen parties and the first comedian was a dull boorish plagiarising sexist racist. Compere and other two comics were pretty good. This place could be a whole lot better though

“laughed till i cried”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2012

Walked past Komedia by chance and saw they had a comedy club on the Saturday night so we went into the cafe on site to enquire, young lady behind the counter was really helpful told all about it all the dining options and sold us two tickets. turned up on the night place was really buzzing, a few hen and stag nights in, which gave a good raucous atmosphere but friendly. mc Mark was hilarious did a bit before each act with lots of interaction with audience, all three comedians were brilliant. Komedia is really well done out, didnt eat but food looked good, toilets clean! An excellent place to spend a funny evening.

“DEPENDS ON WHO YOU ARE SEEING”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2012

I have been here a few times to see specific acts, so knew that I would have a good time and I did. I suspect that it would be awful, if you are doing the meal deal thing with random club comics as it is with other places. So it is really down to who is on. The actual place is pretty nice and I have always had a good view wherever I have sat, upstairs or down. Eventhough, it has been packed, I have never waited long at the bar.
