“Bath Visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2013

We were fortunate to have a guided tour by a relative living in the City. It must have been nice to have been in the "upper classes" and to have lived there. Well worth the time to visit the "Crescent" and see these beautiful old buildings.

“Great architecture”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2013

It's quite a sight to take in, grand architecture. You can walk through the park to Royal Crescent - it's very nice. I missed the tour at No. 1 Royal Crescent, but I think a peek inside the architecture would make this tour more complete. A good walk and away from the touristy shops in Bath.

“Architecture at its Finest”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2013

It's simply breathtaking. A perfect crescent built on a hillside. I will never be clever enough to know how an architect could design - and a builder build - something so perfect. The Crescent is imposing. It has magnificence. Stone buildings with symmetrical columns perched on a hillside overlooking the River Avon and the rolling countryside of Somerset beyond the beauty that is Bath.
It's magic and a beautiful walk, to boot

5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2013

We went for a tea at the Royal Crescent hotel however spent lots of time around the crescent itself. What an amazing place immersed in History. very peaceful specially in the morning and the evenings. It is a very special place where you can fine peace and solace if not crowded.
