My friend booked this 'spa day' as my birthday suprize in January 2012 having waited a MONTH for a reply about booking an actual date n being gave no telephone number or email address to contact them we gave benefit of the doubt and made our booking. but apparently due to them being 'fully booked' we couldnt get in untill today, 13th may 2012. , Well, a SUPRIZE IS exactly what we found! it was run down to say the least, fences down, smashed pots, plants dead..... and this was just the front of the house... yes, HOUSE not spa like in the slightest!! after knocking thiking maybe had the wrong address, finding no answer, note anything i decided to go a walk around the back.Well, i thought maybe my eyes were decieving me! it was over grew, run down, it had a green scummy pond, old rusty gym equipment strewn over the garden... this was before looking in the 'spa' which was a anex type, granny flat sized building. inside was a swimmimhg pool, empty of course witha lovely thick layer of brown scum in the bottom, tiles smashed, yet more plants dead. behind the spa more run down garden, dogs barking like crazy. need i say any more?!.... These people need locking up for wasting decent peoples time n money! i can only hope more people do not end up facing what we found today! keep well away,
