After booking a table online me and 2 relatives went to Piccolino's for 5.30pm before going to the theatre . We got there, on time, but were told to go to the bar, where there are no seats so we just had to hang around until they came to seat us at our table. Before ordering we received complimentary bread and olive oil which, even though there was some left, was taken away when our main courses arrived even thought there was room on the table to leave it. The food is a little more expensive than some Italian restaurants but it was delicious and piping hot. After our main course they cleared our plates and we ordered coffee but by this time it was becoming more busy. The order came to the table missing one coffee and it took a while to attract someone's attention to remedy this. When we had all finished, one of our party asked for the bill but the waitress blanked her and walked past. The bill arrived and we paid but at no point were we asked if everything had been all right, possibly as they already knew the answer.
