My friend and I went to Ginseng on 14th October. We were the only Europeans in, everyone else was Asian, which we took to be a good sign in a Korean restaurant! The menu is very extensive and we were at a loss as to what to choose. The waitress was great. She gave us lots of time to look, she wasn't overbearing at all. We chose some Korean beer - can recommend, and 4 starter dishes to share as we thought the portions would be big. The waitress recommended we share 2 starters, 1 main and a rice and veg side dish so we agreed. We had the vegetable dumplings, a kimchi pancake, king prawns in chilli sauce and the rice and greens. Everything was excellent. The portions were just about right and everything was tasty. We had moshi icecreams to finish and they were nice being different. We counted this meal as an experience rather than just a meal. We would definitely go again. Excellent value too - £41 in total with drinks.
