Dined at Urban Choola on two occasions during our stay in Sheffield. We were on a holiday from India. We were delighted to know that there was a place in Yorkshire, which served Indian street food like gol guppas, ragda pattice, sev puris. The ragda pattice was superb and transported me back to Mumbai's Juhu beach. The flavours were absolutely bang on. Also tried the pav bhaji, which I found very authentic. Portions are great and absolute value for money. If you are visiting do try their kathi rolls - they come with masala chips, best fries I've had ever in my life! My friends tried the Thali - veg and non-veg options are available, great quantity and contrast of flavours!
The art on the walls is also lovely... With street scenes from India's many corners! Goes perfectly with the food theme!
Definitely recommend Urban Choola to everyone who fancies street food from India! You will be mightily impressed!
