Visited as a family after looking for a good local Italian for families and travelled 15 mins to get there. The place was not overly busy and so service should have being good. In short it is not an expensive place if you choose from the traditional pasta and pizza but be wary as the specials were not priced until we had to ask and they were much higher. Pizza was undercooked on the base and my wife's pasta was tasteless.
The decor needs some attention as do the standards.
We had no real specific complaint to make on the day as the food was hot and in reasonable time but we came away feeling the food was poor and the service curt. Sorry
