Me and the wife visited here for the first time on Saturday evening, we had booked and glad we did as the place was very busy.
The staff were very polite and friendly (the eldest gentleman was ok but not really a people person) the menu was quite good with a few dishes we had not heard of before and all were very reasonably priced.
The restaurant all be it very clean is nothing special and is very purple, not particularly our cup of tea but the food more than made up for the decor.
For my main I had one of the chef specials (Lamb and Chicken, listed as fairly hot), and it was very good, extremely tasty without being over powered by heat.
Onion rice was perfectly cooked and the peshwari naan was superb.
Drinks were very reasonably priced, with Cobra on draught for £3.15 a pint.
Total bill was under £40 for Popadoms, starter, mains and drinks.
We will definitely be returning as one of the best curries we have had in Sheffield for awhile.
