Visited early Sunday evening, quiet as you'd expect but gradually filled up and a lovely atmosphere. Starters - beetroot and goats cheese salad and special salmon salad which was a substitute for scallops which were sold out. Both beautifully cooked and presented and so tasty! Mains - pork from the a la carte and the special cod loin. Again both delicious and a special mention of the veg. Although both dishes came with mixed veg and potatoes we ordered green beans with almonds, cauliflower and mushrooms (we like our veg!). All were absolutely gorgeous and made a real change to vegetables in many restaurants these days where they are served as a passing gesture. All washed down with a very pleasant bottle of red. No room for desserts but a cappuccino and liquor coffee finished off a superb meal. Service was faultless. Will definitely return and recommend.
