The staff and service are second to none here, the gin and tonics are made to perfection and the menu has such beautiful and varied dishes to choose from your main problem will be what to have. I chose the surf and turf starter and it was divine. It isn't cheap but it is worth every penny. The chef also sent out a bouillabaisse as an entree and it was DIVINE! We both chose roasted rump of Cotswold lamb. This was my only less than perfect moment. For a dish that was so simple, (served with savoy cabbage and cauliflower cheese), the lamb needed to be perfection for £22.50 and it wasn't, although it was still enjoyable, it just wasn't very special. We shared a sticky toffee pudding which was so good and all in all had a really lovely special meal at The Feathers. I can't wait to go back again.
