“The Perfect Way To See The Cotswolds”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2013

As a Canadian tour operator accompanying a group for a 4 day visit to the Cotswolds and Oxford, I needed the expertise of a local BB guide. Thanks to Annetta's contacts, my group visited sights in the Cotswolds and in Oxford, where access would otherwise have been more difficult or even impossible.

[Time on the coach travelling through the countryside was filled with her knowledge of the history of the area as well as current information on life in England].

The planning and consultation between the two of us prior to the tour meant comfortable sightseeing for my group.

“Walking tour of Oxford”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2013

We enjoyed our walking tour with Annetta Harvie. Recognizing the mobility issues that my husband and I have, Annetta went out of her way to run ahead of us and verify that an attraction was available and she managed to find us sit down spots during the tour in order to explain Oxford. Without signing up for a Harry Potter tour, when we mentioned our grandchildren were Potter fans, she pointed out rooms and places that had been part of the movie background. She was very knowledgable about the history of Oxford and she suggested how to maximize our visit of two hours without being rushed through certain colleges with high entrance fees.

“Unforgettable days i Oxford”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

Annetta Harvie took us 3 wonderful days through Oxford and surroundings. Annetta's knowledge of Oxford seems unlimited, and she delivers the facts in an interesting and easy to understand way. All the time disclosing a deep affection for the city and its history. We believe we were taken through most of the sights worth seeing and Annetta managed to keep our interest warm all the time.

“Anetta Harvie”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

Anetta Harvie knows a lot of the history in Oxford. She is born in Denmark and offers tours for families as well as larger groups. We went as a family and had our guiding in Danish. She is open to questions during the tour, and tries to talk about the things that interest the visitors. It went like a conversation, more than just a lesson about Oxford, wich I appriciated.

“Very interesting walk around Oxford”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013 via mobile

We took this walk with Annetta Harvie on a beautiful Saturday in May. Annetta took us for a walk around a few colleges (even one that was officially closed for the day) en told us about Oxford's history, colleges and Morse and Lewis, our favourite series.
We heard great stories about past and present and can recommend her to anyone who wants to know a little more about Oxford on a trip to this amazing city!
