Today's visit was a leisurely stop on the way to Bicester for a shopping visit, this was my first visit to Manna Mia Jericho, the restaurant is situated in a very nice part of Oxford with lovely streets of interesting little shops and lovely restaurants.
The restaurant was very easy to find with sat nav and has very clear signage outside, parking is a little difficult due to a lot of residents parking areas but with a little perseverance we found parking not far away.
The outside is clean, bright and inviting with a clear menu box and container of paper menus available outside. Internally everything is very inviting with light music playing, very friendly staff inviting you in and catering your every need without being intrusive in any way.
The food is exceptional, lasagna is often so small you feel disappointed but in this restaurant it's truly generous, the pizza bases are beautiful, thin crisp and lightly floured with fresh tasty ingredient on top that are ample but not too overloaded.
The starters were also excellent, the bruschetta and goats cheese were on lovely crisp hot bread and a perfect level of garlic.
If I offered just one piece of advice, I would like the starters to be delivered on hot plates, food cools to quickly on cold plates and bruschetta especially can start to get soggy quickly on a cold plate.
Overall an exceptional visit with wonderful food and staff, I left a happy diner.
