Stayed there for several days while on business. Great location in the heart of Oxford with a lot of great places to walk to. The staff is very friendly and accomdating and tries to help out nyway they can.
The resturant / bar that parts of the hotel has a great outdoor area for eating if the weather permits. Food is very good. The service and atmosphere was excellent.
The only downside was the size of our room. For two people and suitcases we were a bit cramped and could have used more space. That could be due to the fact that our travel agent booked it as a single, but once they learned there were two of us they made no attempt or comment if a bigger room would be better.
Overall a great hotel in Oxford that is centrally located. I would stay there again.
