Beautiful location, food in Pierpoint buffet restaurant was very good, but the Blue Room Restaurant (available at extra cost) well worth it especially if a special occasion. The Bistro portions bit minimal. We paid upgrade for Ambassador Plus room in the main building which was dissapointing, shabby and nothing special. Standard rooms tend to be in the new extension.
Spa was relaxing but felt very small and not as luxurious as could have been, definitely lacking an outdoor spa tub. The big let down was the treatments, 30 mins massage is infact 20 mins they deduct your dressing and undressing off the treatment time - what a rip off, they are not cheap. We booked facial and massage to run back to back, yet we had different therapist - they even managed to mess up the fact we had booked twin therapy room (treatments together) the time to sort out was obviously deducted from our treatment. We complained but were fobbed off! Particulary bad when we had gone for a Spa Experience Break and not a Warner Cabaret Break. More suitable to the older guest as the entertainment is very dated!!!!
