“won't go again”

too expensive for what they offer, most of the food was either cold ,dry or had been there for ages. Also a lot of the food selection was samey and the puddings lacked variety and imagination.

“Not great.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013 via mobile

Food was 'ok' - not as big a selection as at other nearby Chinese buffets. The place feels a bit tired - chairs and tablecloths had rips in.

Puddings were the usual selection of different coloured and shaped creamy sponge cakes which all taste exactly the same, i.e, of poo.

“Disrespectful Service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013 via mobile

If it wasn't for my friends I would have had a terrible experience overall, and the atmosphere would have been 1! The staff was rude, and if we laughed they would automatically assume we were being racist! The food wasn't amazing, I would have rather spent more money on good food, but as it only cost £9, I thought it was reasonable. Overall it was ok, and the restaurant has the potential to be good. I would recommend to only go in large groups, or go to a different restaurant with better staff, as they were rude, and not very helpful. The service was also extremely slow, as we waited for at least half an hour for drink. Would rather have a tesco horse burger.

“Definately the best of the best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

I totally dissagree with the bad reviews on here. This place is the best buffet style restaurant you can eat at. The food is delicious, the choice is huge and the price is very cheap for what it is. The staff are very helpful and the atmosphere is unique and modern. I love it

“Not that bad of an experience...”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

We've been to Flaming Dragon a few times now, and it has always been a reasonable experience.

The service is not great- but for £7 per person, I hope you aren't expecting enlightening conversation. it's a buffet, and therefore the idea is SELF-service. Drinks did take a while to arrive, but in that time, I had filled my place with decent Chinese food.

Not it is not great quality- but I'm going to be realistic. 35 dishes for £7- do the maths! But it is definitely edible, and is actually quite tasty as well. The teppinyaki is a highlight. And sushi is included in the price as well.

So be realistic- don't come here with the expectation of gourmet food or high class service- because you won't get that for £7. But you will get full up by stuffing yourself on decent Chinese food! It just takes some common sense.
