Had a great Spa day here using a voucher. 4 of us went. Facilities excellent. We didn't fancy the restaurant so ate in Oakes Bar. We were served by Ben who was very attentive and thoughtful and extremely pleasant. Hats off to you young man. He even turned T.V on for us so we could watch "Friends" while eating. The food was amazing and was of restaurant standard even though we ate in the bar. The food looked more appealing in the bar than the restaurant. Keep it up - great chefs and great front of house service. May even come back just for a meal :)

An uninspiring hotel just like any other large chain hotel. The rooms are clean and presentable. I stayed with a group of friends for a spa break, The pool area is not big enough for multiple spa groups, only one Jacuzzi seating 8, even worse only 4 sun loungers, whilst we were in the pool area there were 4 other spa groups there and a desperate need for more space. The restaurant was fantastic, the staff (all bar one) were great as was the food, likewise the spa treatment was heavenly and the staff there were very welcoming and reassuring. A lovely weekend but don't know if I would return.

We were attending a family event on Friday afternoon in Nottingham so we booked this place to be close to other friends who were staying here. I had not used QHotels before and I am more used to staying in chain HI or Hilton for work so was not sure what to expect. The hotel is easy to find with plenty of car parking. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was well equipped and spotless. Desk, chair, balcony, comfortable bed and plenty of room. Fast WiFi in room and in public areas. Good shower and amenities. We met friends in the bar and ate in there too. Staff on the bar early were more interested in talking to each other than providing good drink service but it improved later in the evening. Same staff but better managed? Food in the bar was good and we had a good night. Clientèle varies between family gatherings and hen nights. Busy but not excessively noisy. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet with loads of choice and attentive staff. Overall a very good stay and I would use this hotel again when working in the area.

I attended this hotel on a two day conference, staying overnight. The food was a bit of a let down. Especially in the evening. The room was OK but staff attentiveness didn't quite seem to be as it should.

Excellent hotel, rooms absolutely stunning. Stayed here for a conference and ate in the resteraunt the night before, which we couldn't fault one bit. Nothing to much trouble for the staff, a very enjoyable stay!
