“Fab new curry house in Keyworth”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2014 via mobile

Just discovered Bombay Keyworth curry house and it was amazing. Food was extremely fresh and the ingredients and flavours were spot on. Even got a free mint lassi after the meal to cleanse the palette!
Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely will be heading back again soon.

“A little gem, not for the faint hearted”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2014

Went here last night with our Grandson, and chose it from the Tripadvisor site.
Small place, probably only covers about 45. Very attentive service and EXCELLENT food. I had a Chilli King Prawn to start which was almost a meal on it's own, followed by a Lamb Shank. My wife and Grandson both had a Mixed Grill. One between the two of them would have been ample, as each comprised two portions of Chicken cooked in different ways, two Lamb chops a piece of beef and a king prawn.
The menu is quite small, which I always think is a good thing, and the waiter did say that if we wanted something that was not on the menu they would cook it for us.
One of the nicest restaurants I have been to lately and certainly the best Indian.

“We think this is the best in the Nottingham area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2014

We found the Bombay by chance although we live just down the road in Bradmore. Until now, our favourite was Mem Sab but this establishment takes a bit of beating on all aspects. We lived in the Birmingham/Worcestershire area for 30 years - the home of the curry - and the Bombay rates along with the top places over there. Service, genuinely friendly and attentive staff, consistent quality of food, have made this our restaurant of choice now.

“Authentic food, unusual recipes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2014

We were a party of four for a birthday meal. The waiters and manager were very attentive and the food was freshly cooked and very tasty. A small menu with unusual dishes but each dish we had was very well done. Keema naan and peshwari naan, plus different rice dishes complemented the lamb and chicken dishes. Extremely good value. One area for improvement though. The restaurant is small and when people are entering or leaving it makes it very draughty and freezing, wherever you sit, such that the menus blow off the table. Minor problem which I am sure they could sort out, by putting in a curtain or screen, or having an internal porch. Hope they get it sorted. We've recommended the restaurant to friends and taken menus to share. The manager was keen to point out that they deliver all around south Notts and into North Leics.
