Visited the City of Caves after buying a combined ticket including the Galleries of Justice. The Galleries of Justice is a far superior visitor attraction but the caves are worth a look especially as part of the discounted package. The entrance to the caves is rather unprepossessing off the Broad Marsh shopping centre but once inside we were equipped with an audio guide and set off on a self guided tour. We visited on a weekday afternoon and had the place almost to ourselves. The history of the caves was well presented and the medieval tannery was fascinating. It took about half an hour to complete the tour and return to the surface.
