My family of five stayed here for one night to break up the journey from Scotland to London. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, the weather was sweltering and the room was hot, but this would probably not normally a problem. The beds were uncomfortable though and we could feel the springs. Breakfast was great and having parking at the back was perfect. It was a handy location and the town centre was only a short walk. It is situated on a busy road and the traffic was quite noisy. The man who was running the place was so lovely though.
