Recently visited Norwich for a week to see some relatives and we walked past this place a couple of times. Each time we went past the smell of the food within was really nice, a little oriental (I'm normally a gammon & chips type of person, infrequently anything more). After our first few walks past we decided to pop in. After never having tried falafel before, it was a new experience. Really delicious food, and freshly prepared by very friendly staff. We tried before buying, and although we were curious about the price (it seemed expensive), when we received two bulging pittas full of freshly cooked falafels and veg it became quite apparent that the prices are actually reasonable for the quantity of food, if not the quality (we're normally eating Subway, so £3 a sub or so, the stuffed pittas were all under a fiver, but none under £3).
Overall, great food, great service, reasonably priced, and the "policy" of allowing people to try it before buying is a great thing for people who are new to falafels. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.
Note this isn't really a restaurant, more of a takeaway I think. They have a few tables outside and 3 seats inside at a breakfast bar style table, but at the bottom of the hill that the shop is on you'll find a small grass area which has some benches, we found that far more comfortable than sitting within.
