“Frozen food (not so) delights...”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

Have eaten many times over the years and always had excellent food. Sadly this time completely different. Service was good but food was terrible.
Dim sum tasted the same as the frozen ones from the Chinese wholesalers, same for the mixed seafood. Pancakes were thick and old - again probably frozen....
Not sure what has happened but a great restaurant seems to have lost it!

“Great for Children”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2013

Never written a review before, but as this was the first time we managed to enjoy eating out with the three kids (8, 6 and the 3-year-old-terror), thought we had to show our gratitude! Delicious, fresh food, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices and lovely staff who were really tolerant of our children. They even managed to stop the 3 year old's tantrum with a fortune cookie! Our son thinks the food is as good as my cakes and wants me to take Chinese cooking lessons. I'd rather keep coming here instead.

“Great place to eat out late”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

Looking for a meal out after nine on a Tuesday, decided to try out Hong Kong Fusion as they continue to serve until 11. Excellent friendly service with a relaxed atmosphere and surprisingly nice house wine. We ate from the Dim Sum menu, all our dishes were excellent, well presented and well cooked. I hate to say it but we enjoyed it more than previous meals at Baby Buddha, our usual choice for Dim Sum in Norwich. We will be back again soon and will recommend to friends!

“Horrible food, great service, hygiene issues”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 11, 2013

Dimsum was horrible... The steamed dimsums were obviously instant packed dimsums which can be gotten off any Asian Grocers! As for the pastries, they were all lack of taste! Too much butter, no meat taste and it was just so bland and difficult to eat. The artificial colours used on the pastries were too obvious you won't even want another piece! The glutinous rice was tasteless as well... Fried rice was OK, not very much of taste, but considerably OK. The taste of the food is terrible bland to be honest. This is not anywhere near good... Apart from that, the tables were very oily, a restaurant with oily tables usually suggest 1 thing, which means the restaurant itself is dirty. How dirty I cannot measure, but definitely has some sort of hygiene issues. Avoid if possible. On a brighter note, the waiting staffs were really nice and helpful.

The food was excellent as always and really good value. We were well looked after throughout and enjoyed a very pleasant evening. We will definitely be back.
