The room had no air conditioning so was extremely hot in the night. We could not have the window open at night either because it would have been very easy for someone to have broken in. Also, the bathroom walls are too thin! However, the room was very clean.

Visit various Travelodges in both London and the UK - this one is fair but not great. The hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms and on a hot summers evening it's not great. There was a fan in the room but wasn't great having the window open as all I could hear was some sort of machinery on the ground floor. The corridors were all very hot too.

Would I stay here again - yes but not the best in London

We stayed here on the 4th of July for one night. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The Self check in was great but unfortunately our key card didn't print. Reception apologised fot this immediately. The room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a snack in the evening and it was lovely. We needed to print transfer tickets and the staff done everything to oblige us. We had troble with printing the tickets so we printed the email from the company and the manager wrote a note for the company explaining the situation even telling them to contact her if there was any problems. Great place to stay. We're goin back in August for three nights and we know we'll be taken care of. Highly recommend.

Hotel very welcoming and friendly helpful receptionists.
Very clean comfortable room which was reasonably priced. ideal position for us to stay location wise for a function at the HAC city of London which was just across the road!

Great location, clean and tidy with great friendly and helpful staff. Shame about the food. My chicken was cold and was not freshly cooked, I could tell because of the freezer burn and I sent it back twice. My husbands hotdog bun was rock hard too but I would recommend the hotel because despite our complaints as the staff's friendly and happy attitude more than made up for the bad food. They dealt with our complaints well and even made our evening very enjoyable. The reception staff (sorry don't know your names) helped with directions to local attractions and things to do and Sarah and Theo from the bar were enthusiastic and very funny, in fact we ended up staying at the bar as we were having so much fun. Thanks again we hope to see you again soon

The hotel itself has a good location, easy access to Metro, local shops etc. The bus from London Luton Airport just stops around the corner.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean but the beds were extremely uncomfortable ( I could feel the metal springs in my back) so I ended up taking the large pillows out of the couch and sleeping on them on the floor.
We went as a family (7 of of us) and we rented 3 rooms and in 2 out of 3 rooms the bed was like this.
We only stayed for 2 nights so somehow we survived.
Other than the beds everything was OK.
We did not pay for breakfast, not a big fan of the english breakfast, so we ate some fresh porridge around the corner in EAT.

Thank you for your feedback Sophie C. It is regrettable to learn you found our beds to be uncomfortable as we have recently put in brand new pocket sprung sleepezee beds in every room, we are however aware that our customer may have different preferences on the firmness of the mattress. We are however pleased to learn you enjoyed the location of the hotel.
