It's fusion/Asian food in an old restaurant (for many years the White Tower, London's best and most expensive Greek resto) so you are eating with chopsticks in a traditional panelled setting : a bit odd ,but ok.
The food, except the tasteless dessert, is good. You don't often get good puddings with Asian cooks, so maybe I was foolish to order a mango tart.
It is very much the same as what was on offer two years ago. Maybe they have a formula that does not need to change. Maybe the media people who come here ( and it was the same 40 years ago) are not too demanding. Maybe it's expense acount eating, but you will pay £60 a head with a cheap bottle of wine. Still, the flavours are subtle and original and the service impeccable.
